Since 2015, owner Dean Sprung has completed many home, cottage and commercial construction and renovation projects.  The company is known for the commercial construction and finishing of the Young Living essential oils centre in Brampton and publishers of the book House Effects.

The company is a trusted resource for renovations, renovation planning, the health and safety of your family in the home and maintaining the value of your property.

The company has extensive knowledge in project quoting, code requirements, building material specifications, renovation solutions and construction.

Dean has renovating in his blood.  From helping his parents with finishing basements as early as ten years old to finishing a second dwelling unit in his own house recently, Dean loves this kind of work.  In 2020, he completed his certification as a home flood risk assessor.  He has lived in Newmarket for 24 years where his family has spent many of those years in hockey arenas around Ontario.  Dean has a passion for numbers and his role in the company involves estimating, tracking budgets and project management.  He likes the reveal of renovations but appreciates what is behind the walls as well.  Dean finds time to go camping, kayaking, hiking and skating with the family.
