Designers help you get your bearings on the project, put you in a position to get comparable renovation quotes, and shorten the project timelines when they work in conjunction with the contractor and supplier lead-times.
Posted fee is the minimum initial consult for any project. Additional hours are chargeable. Estimate of total hours will be provided.
Our full design services include the following:

- Material selection where applicable:
- Lighting
- Flooring
- Tiling
- Moulding for baseboards, casing and crown
- Plumbing fixtures
- Cabinets or storage
- Paint colour and sheen
- Furniture and furnishing
- Artwork
This service includes a $140 rebate with a CRFX renovation contract. Multi-room pricing is available. A renovation quote will be provided based on the initial concept. For basement projects, our pre-quote planning service is recommended.
