Smart Home Package

A smart home can manage it's energy consumption, maintain a consistent level of comfort for it's occupants and provide some safety and security elements.

This package includes:

1. Supply, installation and programming of an ecobee thermostat; wifi enabled and app controlled.
2. Supply, installation and programming of Wemo switch for your front outside lights; wifi enabled and app controlled.
3. Supply, installation and set-up of one Lutron Maestro motion switch for your main entry hallway.
4. Supply and installation of one Lutron Maestro fan timer switch for a bathroom.
5. Replacement of up to seven toggle switches or outlets.  Ideal for damaged or faded devices.
6. Supply and install up to 4 LED non-dimmable bulbs for outside and hallway lights.

Some products maybe eligible for rebates from your utility company.  Items 1 and 2 can be substituted for another brand of equal value.  Relocation of thermostat may require an additional charge.

We use ECRA/ESA Licensed Electrical Contractors to perform the electrical work.  Price includes ESA permit and inspection.
