Permit Application Processing

Building permits for your renovations can take considerable time if the required information is not provided or incorrect.

Getting a permit prior to hiring contractors can help get your project started in a timely manner.  

We will prepare existing drawings, fill out the application and submit to the municipal office.  Permit fees are not included in our processing price.

NOTES:

1. Some projects maybe subject to Regional Conservation, Ravine & Forestry or Tree related permits.  Additional processing fees and permit fees will apply.
2. Electrical permits, where applicable, can be obtained through your contractor.
