Future Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Costs (Microsoft Excel format)

This workbook will calculate the future maintenance, replacement and capital repair costs for the next 55 years.  The amounts are shown in 5 year increments.  The results are primarily based on a house newly built in 2025 but still can be helpful if you are moving into an older house or if you are already living in a house.
