2022 Promotions

Design consultation with a home renovation.

• Design consultation up to 2 hours.
• Home renovations over $5,000 includes basement, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room or re-painting areas of the house.  Custom home additions or structural changes are not applicable.
• Requires a signed contract with CRFX.
• This promotion is valued at $140.  Pre-payment plus HST is required and this amount will be applied as a credit on first renovation invoice.
• This service may require an on-site visit.  Ontario emergency restrictions could delay setting an appointment date. 
• Additional hours requested by the customer will be invoiced based on the nature of the design project.

Flood Risk Assessment with a basement renovation.

• Flood Risk Assessment from Reno Pro Tech.
• Basement renovations over $5,000 includes recreation use or rental income use.
• Requires a signed contract with CRFX.
• This promotion is valued at $150.  Pre-payment plus HST is required and this amount will be applied as a credit on first renovation invoice.
• This service requires an on-site visit both inside and outside of the house.  Ontario emergency restrictions could delay setting an appointment date.
• This promotion can be combined with the Design consultation promotion.
